@Tikay10 probably likes the feeling of physically turning the pages of an actual book,, but if kindle and other digital reading devices used this method, we could read much quicker and buy more "books". More books equals more knowledge. More books equals more profit. More profit equals more tax...................oh, hang on.

I do rather like the feel of proper (printed) books.
Don't think I've ever thrown a book away, & I read around 40 to 50 every year, so I probably have about 3,000 of them pleasantly cluttering up the house.
And I recently discovered the upside to the gradual memory loss that folks of my age often suffer. Now I can "re-read" those books, as I've forgotten what was in them.
So the last 5 or 6 books I have read have all been "re-reads". Twice the fun at half the price.
