I received a email today stating that i could no longer claim any bonus on Sky Vegas or Sky Casino, with a comment that this would not be reversed. Not a major loss but i did enjoy the daily prize machine spin. I rang customer service to find out the reason for the ban, and was told that the gaming team would not discuss this with me, so i couldn't find out why this had been done. Its extremely poor customer service to implement a ban, however small the impact, and then not explain the reason for it.
Very poor show. The spirit of Christmas is alive and well at Sky gaming.
