Well we can only speculate.

Interestingly, she took £273 million in salary, with the other £50 million as Dividends.

She could very easily have taken most of it, even all of it, as a Dividend, as that would reduce her tax liability legitimately & considerably.

she gave the Donna Louise trust (which is a local charity for terminally ill children) over a million to build a huge extension
she,s the biggest employer in the city
still it,s an obscene amount of money to earn , she could end homelessness in one foul swoop if she wanted too
