Who won what on Saturday

Morning.

That "Christmas vibe" is taking hold now, earlier than usual due, I suppose, to Xmas Day being Wednesday, so a lot of folk broke up last Friday.

Numbers will be up & down now, though Christmas is generally pretty busy, plus of course UKOPS begins on Friday.

Last night? 12% above Guarantees for the Big 5. The Main missed, but only by 2 runners, everything else did just fine, with Quickdraw & Midnight Ex both doing particularly well.

Some good performances by various players last night too, as you will see in due course.

£8,000 Sharpshooter Main (£8,000)

£2,000 Sharpshooter Mini (£2,410)

£2,000 Sheriff (£2,200)

£1,000 Quickdraw (£1,600)

£1,000 Midnight Ex (£1,440)

    £8,000 Sharpshooter (£8,000)

    It's not unknown to win 2 Main Events in the same week, far from it, but it's certainly a rarity, & takes a bit of doing, so very well done to @Footzie who won Gold Rush on Tuesday & followed by with last night's Sharpshooter. Between the 2 of them, that's close to £3,000 to add to his Xmas kitty. Great performances.

    Danny @ItsOver4U was runner-up, which was to be the start of a successful but very frustrating evening for him, as we shall see.

    @FOOTZIE 2560000 1 £1117.38 + £429.24 Head Prizes 12

    @Itsover4u 0 2 £666.85 + £33.75 Head Prizes 3

    @indaloop11 0 3 £397.70 + £129.61 Head Prizes 8

    £2,000 Mini Sharpshooter (£2,410)

    The winner logs on most nights & plays 1 MTT, sometimes two, so this was a decent effort.

    Runner-up 7grant7 had his best ever result in 2nd, & this was his only MTT of the evening.

    @carpente03 4820000 1 £301.25 + £65.30 Head Prizes 7

    @7grant7 0 2 £168.70 + £24.15 Head Prizes 7

    @rhodesy026 0 3 £99.53 + £45.58 Head Prizes 10

    @fishhhhh 0 4 £78.93 + £38.94 Head Prizes 8

    @ren51 0 5 £66.28 + £27.39 Head Prizes 10

    £2,000 Sheriff Bounty Hunter (£2,200)

    As far as I can tell, louir is new to Sky Poker MTT's, & this was just his third. As they say about a John Gosden after winning it's Maiden at Yarmouth, "could be anything".

    In 3rd was djsnorlax who seems to do consistently well in both Sheriff & Quickdraw.

    @ItsOver4U, who was 2nd in the Main, won a satellite to this & went on to finish 4th.

    Great effort by Sue Norsden in 5th. Now husband Dave will have to do better as the family are very competitive.

    @louir 220000 1 £440 + £316.88 Head Prizes 7

    @loololollo 0 2 £275 + £52.73 Head Prizes 2

    @djsnorlax 0 3 £165 + £18.75 Head Prizes 1

    @Itsover4u 0 4 £121 + £147.96 Head Prizes 5

    @kidgirlgy 0 5 £99 + £56.25 Head Prizes 3

    @esme2010 0 6 £123.05 Head Prizes 5

    £1,000 Quickdraw (£1,600)

    djsnorlax, 3rd in Sheriff, won Quickdraw, and he's now won both Sheriff & Quickdraw in December.

    It'sOver4U continued his "oh so nearly" evening, winning a satellite to it (or maybe two satellites) then finishing 2nd. Add that to 2nd in the Main & 4th in Sheriff & that's quite a night. Even so, bet he's disappointed he never booked a win.

    @djsnorlax 160000 1 £320 + £209.51 Head Prizes 5

    @Itsover4u 0 2 £200 + £159.82 Head Prizes 5

    @Excessive7 0 3 £120 + £123.63 Head Prizes 6

    @Kerrnal 0 4 £88 0

    @tug180 0 5 £72 + £37.50 Head Prizes 2

    @Francotir 0 6 £44.53 Head Prizes 2

    £1,000 Midnight Express B/Hunter (£1,440)

    I'm afraid I have no info on the winner.

    Runner-up collin11 won Hitman Main on Thursday, exactly a month after winning Gold Rush.

    In 3rd was stokepoker, his 2nd Midnight Ex FT in 4 days, & the same applies to Doughboys in 5th.

    6th went to mantas who was praying for better.

    @Tericy 216000 1 £208.80 + £160.63 Head Prizes 7

    @collin11 0 2 £136.80 + £33.75 Head Prizes 4

    @Stokepoker 0 3 £84.60 + £26.25 Head Prizes 3

    @pp2 0 4 £68.40 + £64.58 Head Prizes 7

    @Doughboys 0 5 £55.80 + £7.50 Head Prizes 1

    @mantas1984 0 6 £46.80 + £58.36 Head Prizes 6

    UKOPS Main Event Semi (16 entries)

    I'm not sure we should count this as a "win" for The Bates, but it's about time we saw him at the head of affairs. As I wrote a few days ago, I think he's gonna gave a terrific UKOPS.

    MISTY4ME booked his passage too, & miniman was probably winning about his 8th seat. Bloke is on fire.

    @MattBates 14565 1 UKOPS 15 £30,000 MAIN EVENT

    @BBORU7 7000 2 UKOPS 15 £30,000 MAIN EVENT

    @MISTY4ME 6780 3 UKOPS 15 £30,000 MAIN EVENT

    @miniman88 3655 4 UKOPS 15 £30,000 MAIN EVENT
