Hi Terry, here are the new NAPs sheets for 2020.
I have done one for each day of a festival. So there are 5 sheets so you can cover meetings like Royal Ascot.
I have "labelled" the first four ready for Cheltenham.
Here are the sheets. Only you have access to them at the moment. For those that are participating next year, could you please request access to each of the sheets below.
Will this work for you @vaigret ?
At the end of the festival, I can make copies of all the results and reset the sheets ready for the next one.
As we will have a separate sheet for each day, I can do this anytime before the following festival, so it is no problem for me to do.
Is that OK?

P.S. I can amend names/aliases to cater for any new players and/or any that do not want to participate in 2020. The P/L columns don't need to be updated but may be easier for you if they are. The figure is just put in as a number and it auto updates to the value in sterling currency. Whatever is easiest for you.

I will leave any further changes/new members/access etc until Late January/early February if ok with you.
Mum is badly ill and going into care home anyday now so bit pressed at mo.
What you have done for me is beyond the call and I m sure you will help at that time and going forward if I need it.

Sorry to hear about your Mum. I know you are very much a family man, so thoughts are with you.
So when a festival comes along all you would need to do is copy/paste however many days it was. So for example say Cheltenham was only two days for example, you would just copy/paste as below.
The links will always be the same. And I will copy results sheets and refresh in time for next festival.
