Two auto rebuys without my permission: UKOPS 16

I've been told tough shi*t by customer support on this, which I get. There appears to be a bad bug with the software though with rebuys. Interested to see if others have the same problem and what Sky is doing to fix it.
Starting stack is 3k, I lose a couple of small pots down to 2k. I click the cashier button to see if I can add-on, hit rebuy and told that my stack is not small enough to rebuy. When I bust, an auto rebuy is then made without me clicking ok. Then I bust again and another auto rebuy happens to give me 12bb. The first rebuy I'm ok with, the second I'm not. When I stack off the 3rd time, the request to confirm appears.
If this happens to others, the advice from support is to sit out immediately and contact them.
