Heads Up Lobbys

The Heads up sng lobbys have been having issues now for a few weeks, assumed it would fix itself/ be sorted after maintenance or something but it's still the same (have spoke to a few people who have had the same issues so it isn't related to my connection or computer). Main issues are majority of the time not showing you in the lobby when you register for a game so still showing 0/2, if it does show you in a lobby (normally after clicking between tabs a few times) when you do de-register it will continue to show your name in the lobby so without going to my tables it's hard to know what games you're in or not in. Appreciate it's not a big issue but it may be costing rec players who are not used to lobbys money thinking they are de registered and also stopping people from registering games they usually would if they saw 1/2. If this could be passed onto tech department that would be great thanks.

    Been the same issue in the MTT lobby too fwiw.

    Occasionally sorted by clicking on another 'lobby' tag, then back to to the actual lobby you are trying to view.

    Still no fix with this has been over a month now, in the past has been resolved very quickly. Any updates from tech team?

    Not yet, it's been passed up to the Tech Teams to investigate & resolve, & I've not heard back yet.

    It's not been forgotten, soon as I hear any news I'll let you know.

    Morning Chaps.

    The Tech Suits had a look at this, & as they were not able to replicate the issue in the Office, they asked a few questions.

    1) What device are you using? (Desktop, mobile device etc).

    2) Download Client or Browser?

    3) Does it affect DL & Browser similarly, or just one of them?

    4) Is the problem intermittent, all the time or some of the time?



    Get back to me please, & I'll pass the answers back to them & maybe we can make some progress then.

    Happens every day... however not with every song for example one 55 will be fine to other will jam

    For MTT lobby issues.

    1) Desktop
    2) Download
    3) Unsure. Will test later today.
    4) Seems to be occurring everyday.

    5) (More info) There seems to be a lag and/or no 'highlighting' of some (not all) of registered tournaments in the lobby. (on download) .

    Yep desktop with download client, issue is the same on browser and the problem is all of the time, it seems like 95% of the lobbys have the issue, but a small amount do not so if you register say 10 games, 9 will not show you in at frirst but 1 will still instantly show you in lobby as registered 1/2.

    not been so bad lately , for me anyway
    last week i wasn,t showing in the lobby in the tourny i was playing as people were getting ko.d their final position was missing eg

    and so on

    Desktop,Download and browser but don't play browser much and it happens most days
    Reg for three mtt's earlier only showed on one (not highlighted and not in lobby). Checked one hour later and all were highlighted and in the lobby.

    As everyone has said it is happening in both sit n go and tournament lobbies, not showing players in lobby that are on your table, very strange and only recently started happening, i play on download and have not changed anything, just glad i spotted this and know it isn't just happening too me..

    Issue seems to be resolved now assuming the maintenance sorted it out, thanks alot for making sure this was chased up @Tikay10
