Forum Comp Day 4, THURSDAY. Snooker, John Higgins v Ali Carter @ 7pm

By way of a change, & as there is no suitable football or evening horse racing, we are going to do some snooker today.
It's the Masters from Ally Pally, & our match features John Higgins v Ali Carter.
Higgins is one of Snooker's "Class of '92" & has won the WC 4 times, the first being all the way back in 1998. Surprisingly he is just 44, despite seeming far older.
Ali Carter is just 4 years younger at 40, & has been unlucky in the WC, twice making the Final & both times running into Ronnie O'Sullivan. More than a journeyman pro, but perhaps a shade shy of top class these days. An amazing chap really. Has twice recovered from cancer (testicular & lung) & is a long-term sufferer from Crohn's disease.
Frame Score betting is the obvious candidate, but it gives the risk of a big-priced winner effectively killing this week's Forum Comp.
So we'll do TWO selections.
OUTRIGHT (Higgins or Carter)
Total Frames - under 9, exactly 9, or over 9. (They are best of 11 frame matches).
Hopefully it will work well, & if so we can maybe do more snooker in the future. Perfect in some ways, as we can follow it in the evenings, & we ought to all get a good sweat over 3 or 4 hours. We shall see.
