No fuss, no drama last night, as everything got across the line, or in the case of Sheriff, on the line. Nothing beat Guarantee by much at all, but nothing missed. Take that.

£6,000 Marksman (£6,420)

£1,500 Marksman Mini (£1,700)

£2,000 Sheriff (£2,000)

£1,000 Quickdraw (£1,150)

    £6,000 Marksman Bounty Hunter (£6,420)

    Until last Summer/autumn, devil_tear was winning MTT's left right & centre, proper Big Boy, but then he seemed to go quiet, & I've not seen much evidence of him lately. Maybe he's been on a sabbatical, or maybe my memory has failed me. Sky Bet go 1/10 the latter, max bet £1.

    Runner-up BIGJAY had a great December, with 3 Main Event podium finishes, then won Gold Rush on January 14th.

    The bulk of the play by johnnyy is in £5 Heads Up Speed stuff, but he collected a Marksman Main seat in the 10 seat Freeroll & turned it into over £500. When most of your play is in £5er HU games, £500 is a serious dollop of cash. Then, after single tabling Marksman for hours on end, he returned to £5 HU games & played on until well into the early hours. #workethic

    £1,500 Mini Marksman (£1,700)

    The last big result I can find by laurak64 was in the Easter 2018 UKOPS, running 2nd in the opener. I wonder if it is THE Laura K? Jeez, I could give her a good time given half the chance. We could train spot at Paddington, plane spot at Heathrow & all sorts.

    3rd was Ironpump1, who is going along nicely in the Unicorn Challenge, with MRBLEWPIE in 4th & buzka 5th.

    @laurak64 680000 1 £214.62 + £67.85 Head Prizes 12

    @GG499 0 2 £124.95 + £19.14 Head Prizes 6

    @Ironpump1 0 3 £75.65 + £26.73 Head Prizes 7

    @MRBLEWPIE 0 4 £60.52 + £33.90 Head Prizes 6

    @buzka 0 5 £51 + £23.04 Head Prizes 7

    £2,000 Sheriff (£2,000)

    Sheriff came in bang on the number, not a penny more, not a penny less. And if you have not read that masterpiece by Jeffrey Archer, you really should, it's a real unputdownable page-turner.

    Lined up behind Akooo were the likes of SenorBegs, Lord Crush, f3nix35 & Dog Bloke, who was playing only his 3rd MTT in 3 days.

    @Akooo 200000 1 £400 + £152.14 Head Prizes 2

    @SenorBegs 0 2 £250 + £231.43 Head Prizes 7

    @loololollo 0 3 £150 + £79.69 Head Prizes 4

    @f3nix35 0 4 £110 + £98.44 Head Prizes 5

    @keczmo 0 5 £90 + £98.45 Head Prizes 4

    @rspca12 0 6 £105.47 Head Prizes 5

    £1,000 Quickdraw (£1,150)

    You can't keep a good man down - or not for long - & Dog Bloke made his evening on Sky Poker worthwhile with an emphatic Quickdraw success.

    Again, look at the talent cashing in the minor spots - luckme002, SenorBegs & StayOrGo.

    Lightwood & djsnorlax both finalled but neither got paid. Proper rub that.

    @rspca12 115000 1 £287.50 + £340.62 Head Prizes 10

    @luckme002 0 2 £172.50 + £75 Head Prizes 4

    @SenorBegs 0 3 £115 + £46.88 Head Prizes 2

    @StayOrGo 0 4 £37.50 Head Prizes 2

    £1,000 Midnight Express B/Hunter (£1,160)

    Tribez_11 had three FT's in January & then got his win last night, probably his best ever result on Sky Poker, although he seems to have a fairly low game count.

    Magic Timmy was 2nd.

    @Tribez_11 174000 1 £214.60 + £117.41 Head Prizes 6

    @TimmyRaRa 0 2 £127.60 + £74.05 Head Prizes 6

    @Jimbo98 0 3 £87 + £43.86 Head Prizes 4

    @silkship 0 4 £63.80 0

    @jas69 0 5 £46.40 + £9.38 Head Prizes 1

    @rossybee16 0 6 £40.60 + £50.63 Head Prizes 5

    And if you were wondering what Tribez refers to, it's a children's game which apparently features The Bates.

    @tomgoodun I did feel pretty dirty after that one, being as deep as we were (100bb or thereabouts) I’m defending very wide. I spiked a 2 on the flop and you cbet on the smaller side I call, I check raise the turn which bring loads of draws. I obviously have to jam the river when it comes a massive brick in your eyes and gives me trips. I figured you had an over pair after the turn action.

    No worries mate, playing Aces to get value is a topic I have touched upon before, the re-raise on the turn Q got me thinking you had ( maybe ) Q 10 giving you 2 pr, or QK QJ, and raising for info, I did consider jamming then, but as you say we were pretty deep and with that play I may as well have turned my cards over.
    The 2 river was a fist pump call until I saw your holding lol.
    Well played on reaching FT and cashing.

    Unlucky there Tom. I think @Ironpump1 is over adjusting after seeing on stream that I had tagged him as a big nit ;).
