Some decent stuff on you tube:

    Alvin teaches poker
    RYE
    Finding Equilibrium

Those channels regularly post some good free content

It depends what you're focused on. You need to post more detail about what level you're at and what you're trying to achieve if you want a good answer as there is a massive breadth of content on different areas of the game. Here's most of what I started with when I first started playing.

    - Andrew Seidman's Easy Game Volume 1 & 2 are a great introduction to fundamentals
    - The Mathematics of Poker by Bill Chen is the best guide to the math side of things you can get but it's very deep
    - Mental Game of Poker by Jared Tendler for dealing with variance and tilt and general emotional control; incredibly helpful book that I revisit regularly
    - Jonathan Little on Youtube has thousands of incredible training videos free of charge; his A Little Coffee series is especially good
    - Also on Youtube: Doug Polk for informative hand analysis; many, many VODs of popular streamers' online MTT runs; Solve4Why's Poker Out Loud videos, especially the student editions; some GTO-focused stuff like Finding Equlibrium which is informative but not incredibly applicable at these levels; The Poker Bank for good instructional videos about basic concepts; Assassinato, who has put most of his videos behind a paywall now but still has some very useful training videos focused on exploitative strategies up; then for streamed games there's Live At The Bike, Poker Central, Party Poker TV, Poker Night in America, probably loads more
    - Pokercoaching.com is the best value for money you can get as an amateur with loads of videos and quizzes and interactive tools for exploring ranges, I think it has a free trial too
    - Download Flopzilla and look up some videos on how to use it, and then use it constantly; no better software exists for learning about ranges and combinatorics

Highly recommend Poker Satellite Strategy by Dara Okearney and Barry Carter,
also J Tendler The Mental game of poker.
Loads of great Poker podcasts around, Favourites are The Chip Race, and Jen shahade
    The Grid.

With poker books avoid anything old, the content is really dated now. Watching streamers/ live at the bike may be good for entertainment value but isn't going to be the most effective way to improve. Run it Once is really good. It has tons of different coaches so your guaranteed to find a coach whose content you like and there are hundreds/ thousands videos on there.

For me the most effective way of improving which I think most people underestimate was building a network of people to talk hands with whose games I respected, who played in the same games as me.

Paying for coaching off someone is also a very good option. Ideally you want to be coached off someone who crushes the stakes your playing and also doing well a few stake levels above. I know @chicknMelt and @Morris707 both offer coaching. Both would be good options for you. Check out @waller02's sharkscope graph to see the impact Chicknmelt made.
