Who won what on Tuesday March 17th

Morning.

The trend of the last few nights, with Big 6 Prize Pools exceeding Guarantee by around 40% continued, with last night's number coming in at 42%. Slightly misleading though, as last night's Main G'tee was increased from £6k to £8k, & the £6k Summit was also increased to £8k, so the 42% number needs to be seen in that context. Strange times.

£1,000 BH @ 7.30pm (£1,620)

£8,000 Gold Rush (£9,810)

£2,000 Mini Gold Rush (£3,435)

£8,000 Summit (£12,200)

£1,500 Quickdraw (£2,000)

£1,000 Midnight Ex (£1,460)

    A fine win by @miniman88, with Dog Bloke, who we have not seen much of in the last week or so, 3rd.

    £8,000 Gold Rush (£9,810)

    Just 4 nights after collecting £2,000 for winning Avenger Main, Melty put another notch on his bedpost by taking Gold Rush down on a night when it made serious money.

    In 6th was pilgrim529 who has had a thin time of it lately but is making progress now.

    @pilgrim529 0 6 £252.61 + £99.85 Head Prizes 6

    In 8th was @HAYSIE, who was 2nd in Marksman the previous night, but his run last night came to an end at the hands of Melty in a Button v BB coup.

    Imagine sitting to the immediate right of HAYSIE at a poker table, he must be THE most awkward player ever ever ever. Do you ever play that game in your mind where you imagine you are on a 10 or 15 hour long-haul flight to Vegas or somesuch, & you speculate who you would most or least like to sit next to? I do, & @HAYSIE always features.

    Yikes, £3,435 for a midweek Mini.

    Tesdon, who posted some very kind words on the Forum yesterday about how Sky Poker look after their players. When choosing a poker site there's more - FAR more - to it than just going for the biggest Guarantees or best sign-up deals. Sky Poker give great customer support, & unlike almost any other site, they run this Forum, which really helps players & the site to stay close & communicate quickly & easily. That's a big USP, & one which many don't realise.

    It was almost a big-money double for Melty, who won the Main & so nearly won this.

    Sunday Major standing dish Doooobs was 4th, doubtless balancing posting on forums, tending to his young daughters, & generally being at it on the poker table.

    I actually thought HUMPTY1966 would win this as he was causing carnage but Dog Bloke eventually eggtracted his revenge.

    Morning Tony.

    Looking at my account, it appears that without the bounties 4th wouldn't have been enough to make a profit. I was think I had done 4 or 5 buyins, but it was actually 6.

    Is this a record for the summit?

    PS Upsides of coronavirus, don't have to get up so early.

    @Doooobs

    Sorry I missed this yesterday David.

    Doubt it's a record, but you certainly earn a Milk Monitor badge.

    I do hope Coughing Daughter is a little better today.
