Who won what on Saturday March 28th

Morning/hi/yo/wassup etc

Another crazy crazy night, with traffic galore at all formats. Our 8 featured MTT's beat their (mostly enhanced) guarantees by 106%, though I noted 1 or 2 which fell below the extreme levels of Friday night.

In other news, the Mini managed 1,167 entries last night. Personally, I don't think that number will ever be beaten. Hope I'm wrong though.

And then, in the early hours of this morning, the clocks went forward, which results in so-called "lighter nights" &, inevitably, reduced Guarantees & online poker traffic generally. 2020 might just be the exception, at least in the near-term.

    £3,000 Bounty Hunter @ 7pm (£6,150)

    And a very big welcome to Sky Poker MTT's for Macharro, playing his first ever MTT here, & walking away £1,390 to the good.

    On Thursday, I reported on rachaelaxe, who turned a £1.60 satellite into over £3,000 for winning Hitman. Last night was not quite so spectacular, but rachaelaxe earned another £640 as runner-up.

    3rd was MikeyW94, who you may remember won 2 events in the Xmas 19 UKOPS.

    6th was @Lightwood, who started this lovely thread yesterday, HERE

    He's not had many responses yet, other than one elderly Essex based chap, but hopefully a few will join in today. Threads like that deserve a good response, it was a really well-written intro.

    @Machorro 625000 1 £873.44 + £519.77 Head Prizes 8

    @rachealaxe 0 2 £532.81 + £103.13 Head Prizes 5

    £1,000 Bounty Hunter @ 7.30pm (£2,460)

    The winner took down a UKOPS Mini this time last year, & so is maybe girding his loins for a repeat when UKOPS starts a week today. There you go, a bit of seamless spam.

    £10,000 Sharpshooter (£25,740)

    Last night's Main made a colossal £25,740, though this was a tad down on Friday's Main which £26,720, though that was a Rebuy.

    The win, & the little matter of ~£3,750 which went with it, belonged to GuyL2, with BLUFFA360 2nd.

    Lovely to see kapowblamz in the frame, though I fancy when you get that close there's a feeling of disappointment that 3rd, 2nd or 1st was not achieved. Handy enough though.

    @GuyL2 8580000 1 £3088.80 + £679.09 Head Prizes 11

    @BLUFFA360 0 2 £1685.97 + £152.80 Head Prizes 8

    @HarDanBo 0 5 £656.37 + £107.19 Head Prizes 5

    @MrCream510 0 6 £527.67 + £96.85 Head Prizes 5

    I noticed these 2 chaps both ran deep, 34th & 46th. It got me thinking, so I did a search on Sharky, & it seems we now have at least 6 variants of COVID here. A quick search of both Party & 'Stars revealed scores of them. I suppose it's in the nature of some folks to swim against the tide. My mind was racing now, so I started searching for "cancer" aliases, & there's plenty of them too. Deary me. On which note I think we'll move on.

    £2,500 Mini Sharpshooter (£5,835)

    Da_Bates - not to be confused with the Bates - took the Mini & with it his first appearance in a Results Thread since May 2016.

    Some smiley aliases here, including benny-boff & jollydolly. That's more like it.

    @Da_Bates 11670000 1 £612.67 + £120.65 Head Prizes 12

    £3,000 Sheriff Bounty Hunter (£4,750)

    Sheriff was slightly down on the last few renewals, though £4,750 would have been unthinkable a week or so ago.

    Lord Crush helped himself to over £1,100, with Mean Machine in 4th.

    oioi, Burnley super-fan Adam took this, always good to see him or Mrs Adam do well. Over the years they have been extremely kind to me, so I do hope they are both well & avoiding this horrible virus.

    It was a 2nd FT of the evening for kapowblamz, & I noticed Ambo played too, just missing the Final.

    I was going to give you a B - for that one.
    But Sea + seems more appropriate.
