Who won what on Tuesday March 31st

Morning.

It's a beautiful Spring morning here, the world looks picture perfect. At such a time it's hard to grasp that an invisible microscopic virus is ruining life for almost the entire world.

There are very few upsides to the whole affair, but Online Poker is certainly one, & numbers were crazy again last night. If anyone had forecast these numbers 2 weeks ago they'd have been told they needed locking up.

Gold Rush Main & Summit - both with a £6,000 guarantee a couple of weeks back - made £18,020 & £17,300 respectively.

The real eye-opener though was the Mini, with 1,177 runners, & the £2,000 Guarantee was dwarfed by the £5,885 prize pool. This was a pure freezeout, no rebuys or add-ons, just one go. FWIW, last week it had 1,027 entries.

The Rewards Freeroll was crazy too, 1,659 runners, at it's new & supposedly unpopular time of 6.30pm.

UKOPS is just 2 days away, & I've no idea what to expect. Guess we shall see soon enough.

£3,000 BH @ 7pm £4,850

£1,000 BH @ 7.30 £1,820

£10,000 Gold Rush £18,020

£2,000 Gold Rush Mini £5,885

£10,000 Summit £17,300

££5,000 Turbo BH £5,580

£1,500 Quickdraw £2,400

£1,000 Midnight Ex £2,460

    £3,000 Bounty Hunter @ 7pm (£4,850)

    cabbaz ended March in style, it's been a terrific month for him, winning Sheriff 3 times & now this. He collected over £1,100 here, and added to it during the evening, running 6th in the Main for £600+ & 3rd in the £5k Turbo BH for £500+, so that's some £2,200 in the session. Amazing stuff, & curious how tournament poker produces these streaks & rushes. If we had a POTN trophy, he would surely have won it last night.

    £1,000 Bounty Hunter @ 7.30 (£1,820)

    Can't say much about the winner as I can't find an iota of data on him.

    In 2nd was MikeyW94, one spot better than he managed in Saturday's £3k BH.

    6th was rossybee16, that's 4 FT's in March, including a Quickdraw win last Wednesday.

    £10,000 Gold Rush (£18,020)

    What a week Alvez is having. On Monday he won £750 in the Vegas League, followed that by winning the £3k BH in the evening, & then won last night's monster Gold Rush Main for almost £3,000.

    weezy89 is on a roll too, he won Monday's Quickdraw for £660, then ran 2nd here for £1,460.

    cabbaz, who we mentioned earlier, was 6th.

    4th was COVID20, & it's hard to tell all these COVID's apart. Sharky tells us that Sky Poker now have;

    Covid
    COVID_01
    Covid19
    Covid_19
    Covid19
    Covid20
    COVID20

    And if you can remember which is which when playing them at the tables, good luck to you.

    £2,000 Mini Gold Rush (£5,885)

    Grimesyyy is becoming something of a big-field Mini specialist, 4th of 563 in Sunday's Mini major, then navigated his way to win last night's 1,177 runner affair. Then, at 9pm, he was 2nd of 172 in a £5er jobbie.

    As it happened, runner-up Richiegone won Sunday's Mini Major, so he & Grimesyyy winner must be getting familiar with eaqch other, so to speak.

    NIHIGHGUN, 2nd in Sheriff recently, was 6th.

    In 4th was adunne. The more elderly amongst our thread readers may recall a chain of High St Tailors back in the day, J Dunn & co. The shops were fabulously dreary, as were the clothes they sold, & the minimum age for the frumpy staff was 193. Hard to understand why they went busto.

    @Grimesyyy 11770000 1 £617.92 + £108.56 Head Prizes 14

    @Richiegone 0 2 £353.10 + £62.75 Head Prizes 12

    @pokertrek 0 3 £213.33 + £52.89 Head Prizes 9

    The shift you put in with these daily updates has significantly increased with the extra tournaments added now. They are much appreciated though, thanks @Tikay10
