@Tikay10 are there any issues with live chat at the moment?

I've been 1st in the queue for about 15 minutes apparently, so I'm guessing it's broken.

Not ideal, especially when I'm trying to go on live chat to report players for collusion who were playing on DYMs just now :/

    There was a day last week when I tried and someone did come, i think it would say no-one available if no one was available.

    Ive just tried now and I got this.

    It's working fine AFAIK but I do know they are extremely busy at present. Revised working arrangements due to the virus is also impacting response times.

    Ty for replies both. I got through after about 25-30 minutes waiting. The bloke I spoke to was super helpful though :)

    Assuming there's a decent number of agents still working (since there wasn't a massive queue), it would be highly unlikely for me to immediately be #1 in the queue and also for no agent to become available sooner, hence thinking it was broken.

    Might have to make a thread in BBV about how the queue position on live chat is rigged to make you think you're not going to have to wait much longer :D
