Find a player and my tables

Been like this for a couple of weeks - when I try to see my tables or find a player and see their tables it just shows this and eventually times out - on google chrome. Have tried all the usual things I think, clear history, cache etc, fiddled with site permissions but nothing so far. Anyone had the same?

    Hi, im in the same boat Allan.

    It also stops me viewing my tables, but HH are still viewable.



    The only way I have got round this, is firing up my tablet logging into sky and viewing these features through the tablet.

    Clearing cache has worked for me in the past, but not this time.

    I wonder if its something to do with clearing things in Internet explorer (edge).

    Yeah my hand histories are fine but not these two. Are you using chrome or Edge?

    Hi Allan....I use Chrome and I've no problems viewing any of the three tabs ( My Tables, Hand History or Find a Player). I use an old lappy..... ('til it crashes!) and then Daughters little Notebook. No problems on either

    Is it since the last SKY Update? Might it be to do with that?

    @MISTY4ME may have been since last update but feel it was more recent than that - good to know its not all Chrome users

    Ive just tried clearing things on I.E. and restarting PC..no joy.

    Another quirk, If you search a player and they are not online, he search result is a success.

    If they are playing, the result stays at Loading....

    Yep, that is exactly the same. Thought I'd solved it the other day as did a find the player search on someone who had no tables and it worked - then did it on someone who was playing and just stays at loading

    If you click on name does that show the list?

    Yur name was showing up, but no tables.

    I cleared a few things, then updated Chrome to the latest.

    I think updating did the trick.

    Ill post pictures in case anyone else needs to fix this.

    Yep, that's working for me now @mumsie. I updated chrome first and it still wouldn't work, but then cleared browsing history and cache and it then worked. So maybe a combination of both?

    Yea, i did the same but in reverse order.

    Im glad you posted, because i was just putting up with the inconvinience.

    And Im pretty sure this keeps cropping up every year or so.

    Thanks! This worked for me to be able to search for names, but not tables yet. Iv tried clearing cache but no luck yet.

    I have this exact same issue BUT on the download client, any ideas how to clear it? I have tried deleting & reinstalling the client but made no difference.

    HI, Ive just tried and it doesnt work on the D/L client for me either, I prefer the browser anyways.

    Ill see if I can think of a fix.

    Hi guys - I have had the same problem on chrome but as long as I'm in incognito mode no problems!

    @Carnage

    Done it.

    See if it works for you.

    Type SEARCH HISTORY in windows search box

    OPEN Permissions and history

    go down to CLEAR my device history and click it.

    It worked for me.

    Appreciate the effort you have put in BUT i'm using a mac. I have tried to look for a similar option but no success so far. Thanks again for trying.
