Weird this, I think the bad run I'm having and horrendous beats are inadvertently playing on my mind
So I'm sitting with 66 i bet out get called ,flop 6xx i bet guy shoves I call he turns over 66
I wake up at 2.50 wondering wtf is going on
Do I need to take a break

I've often had weird dreams about poker too, it's probably because when we play it's the last thing we do before getting our head down. The common one for me is there being too many Kings (or any card) in the deck, the same as your dream.

I sometimes find it hard to switch off after a session so I read for 30 minutes or so before I go to sleep.

I don't think you need a break, unless you're really not enjoying playing atm? If that's the case a couple of nights off works wonders.

I had a night off in the week cuz poker was doing me head in but I had to sit through teen mom ,I could have slit my wrists, so I'll plod on
