Sitting out on Heads up tables

Why are people allowed to sit out for infinite time at "Keith" the 4nl limits' ONLY heads up table?
I contacted Sky twice today about this, and one of the morons I spoke to had the nerve and lack of knowledge to send me a guidance note relating to sitting out of tournaments not Heads Up Cash games!!!!!
Another Sky problem caused by basic lack of knowledge about poker customer service.
I will ring up sky complaining every day until a 3-5 minute limit is imposed on sitting out.
