Morning.
This thread is for the Mini UKOPS results ONLY. The regular, non Mini UKOPS stuff will be up a little later, all being well.
Historically, Mini UKOPS have rarely performed well here, but if Day 1 is anything to go by, this one will be just fine. Day 1 had a punchy £17,500 of Guarantees but eased past that by a healthy 29%.
Just the 9 days left then. It's a long road, so be careful with that bankroll guys.
£3,000 Mini UKOPS 1 BH, £3,675
£1,500 Mini UKOPS 02 Mega Stack, £2,825
£1,000 Mini UKOPS 03 BH, £1,400
£10,000 Mini UKOPS 04 Mini BH Rebuy £12,650

£3,000 Mini UKOPS 1 Bounty Hunter (£3,675)
It's curious how poker success comes so often in streaks. timeforbed won Sheriff on Thursday having gained entry by winning a satellite. After that, he logged off - time for bed perhaps? - then logged back in at 6.30pm on Friday & completed the double by winning Mini UKOPS 01.
wolveskaty was in double mode too - 2nd in this, as well as 2nd in another fiver BH which kicked off at 1.30pm.

£1,500 Mini UKOPS 02 Mega Stack, (£2,825)
What a party this was, 562 entries & no less than 100 cashees, all of whom are listed below.
Apart from a min-cash in the Mini Major in March, dokker gets his first Results Thread mention since back in the days when GaryQQQ did them. What a miss he is to the Forum, incidentally.
Palindrome Man was 2nd, and it was terrific to see TheEdge949, who had more worthy uses for his money than poker until he returned to the fray last night, collected a very pleasing £59.33 in 8th.
We can reasonably assume that @stokefc was well lit last night - it was Friday - as he seems to play his best poker when suitably bladdered. 14th & £31 was a great result for him.
MAXALLY cashed & had the honour of leading the UKOPS Challenge for some 37 seconds.
iamsausage was 32nd, sandwiched between mattk09 & metz7.
Outliers & "how did that happen" included Plumpy & Hendrik.
Too many to namecheck really, but well done all.

£1,000 Mini UKOPS 03 BH, (£1,400)
By the standards of Sky Poker, a £2 BH that makes £1,400 is pretty impressive I'd say, though I guess over on 'Stars it'd make quixty thou, min.
Uj was marching to victory until bought to a complete halt by stan_still, the winner. He finalled another £2 BH a few days earlier, but that only had 251 runners. This one checked in with no less than 700. Almost like a proper grown-up poker site now, huh?

£10,000 Mini UKOPS 04 Mini BH Rebuy (£12,650)
This was the Mini really, but wearing a new coat as the UKOPS Mini Main, if that makes sense. Entries? A whopping 1,127.
£12,650 for what essentially was the Mini? Crazy. 2 short months ago some Main Events could not even cover a £6,000 guarantee.
The winner had been on a 6 month downswing until he turned it round recently, but this result should have catapulted him into vertical graph mode. Somewhat frustratingly for him & all those who cashed, Sharky seems to have missed the MTT completely. Pah.

£2,000 Mini UKOPS 05 Rebuy BH (£4,506)
I did a double-take when I saw the prize pool was £4,506. A three quid BH on Sky Poker making £4,506? Are you kidding me? World's gone mad.
None other than The Bates took this, & with it a healthy ~£640.
It was an education to try & find the runner-up on Sharky, who knew so many Sky Poker players had multi-underscore prefixes & suffixes? There's a shed-load of them. Best of all was one with the alias of ______ who played exactly one £2 MTT here in 2012 before dashing off elsewhere.

If you let me down again, I going see if we can have subs......
Calling Mr PJ.....Calling Mr Right.
I'm still crying over my beat, win that I was in amongst them, tonight maybe but then again I rarely run good 2 nights running, keep plodding
To be honest I was paying more attention to the "Orfy". It was only when I busted that, that I really concentrated on the mega stack.
2 tourneys, loads of fun.
