Morning.
This thread is for Mini UKOPS ONLY, the regular stuff is elsewhere.
Well Day 4 (of 10) of this Mini UKOPS is done & it's going really well. Numbers are good, but more importantly, everyone seems to be having fun, which is what recreational players are supposed to be doing.
Shout out for
@NOSTRI here who has done such a superb job with that challenge thing he has organised. He's clearly a Spready whizz, right up there in the
@mumsie class, & he's done a terrific job. He writes really well too, he's in the
@SR23 mould there, though I fancy less of an utter degen.
When I see the community spirit & fun those guys are having, I'm tempted to try & get the Cheeses to bung us a few free entries for a little weekly or monthly league of some sort for the smaller stake guys. I don't have time to run it, but if someone does, I might be able to find some free entries. It needs to be well run though, & I certainly don't have the time or ability to do that.
OK, back on topic, Mini UKOPS Guarantees of £11,500 were exceeded by a handsome 52% last night. Star billing went to the Mini (The Mini Main, if you like), which made an eye-watering £8,500. Think it should be re-named the Monsta Mini.

The winner has quite a pedigree here, he was in the Top 20 Most Profitable MTT-ers here all the way back in 2011. Amazing the longevity of so many of our players.
Runner-up was EUREKA, who I gather played whilst sitting in his bath.
Hon Mention goes to SidV79 in 9th.

I watched a lot of this & old eon1961 looked like he had it all sewn up most of the way, but Allan23 got there eventually & took the honours, & with it bragging rights for The Grand Wizards. Not sure I enjoy the term "Grand Wizards", with it's KKK connotations, but of course that was certainly not intended. Very well done to Allan23.
In 7th was a name I've not seen here for ages, JockBMW, who was a regular here over 10 years ago & was one of the lads. Think he was a cook on an oil rig or something.

Well done @lundie. I always think of Lundy when I see his alias, Lundy of course features in the Shipping Forecast, & that's something which is a lot more interesting than many realise. (Did you know the areas are read out geographically clockwise? Not many things in life can lay claim to that). For years I always assumed Lundy was off the coast of Scotland, near the Orkneys or somesuch. Was quite a shock to discover it's in Devon.
2nd was the retired reporobate @Sunday8pm with norhubarb - what a great alias - 3rd.
4th was trevil, who is a roofer by trade & frequents the Sky Poker PLO8 pool.

Yes, fair comment, so @waller02 gets to share the Milk Monitor badge with you.
Are you saying he Excels?
I've just had another look at what I wrote, & I think I do owe Ryan @waller02 an apology for my failure to give him due credit.
It's been a bit of a team effort tbh with @PKRPar doing the draw on his twitch channel.
Good bunch on here.
Morning Ryan
