Sunday Major Frenzy - No rebuy option

Just played £2.40 frenzy (Tournament ID: 34667333) to try and win a seat into the Sunday Major.
I'm already in for buy-in, plus at least 3 rebuys, about 6 minutes left on rebuy clock, 16 players left and £200+ already in prize pot.
Lost a hand and all my chips, so I'm getting ready to see the 30 second rebuy clock when.....wham! - I get the message "you came 15th". No rebuy option, not even the start of the countdown.
Another player also lost all his chips in the same hand and I noticed that he also immediately left the table.
Could be intentional on his part but as he'd also been rebuying up until then, it seems a bit of a coincidence.
Anybody had experience or heard of any similar 'glitches' of this nature?

Not seen any other complaints about it but that's certainly not to say it did not happen.
I'll get it passed up to the Office, but won't expect a response tonight I'm afraid. If I hear back tomorrow I'll let you know.

They had a good look at this & as far as they can see there were no known problems that could have caused this. 90 rebuys were taken successfully, & there were no other complaints, so it's a bit of a mystery I'm afraid.
No big deal. Never happened before, so hopefully won't again.
