Morning.
The file marked "Overlay" in the office of Sky James had lain gathering dust since the end of March, but it's starting to get used more frequently again now. The £3,000 opener missed last night, only by a single entry, but it's starting to become a theme with a few of the featured MTT's. Of last night's 9 featured MTT's, 8 performed worse w-o-w, the sole exception being Summit which actually improved by exactly £1,000. The figures below are, as always, last night's numbers, & for info, those in brackets are the same MTT last week. You get the picture.
Away from poker, news is filtering through that horse racing is likely to return to the UK on June 1st, with Ireland following a week later, & Premier League football seems to be gearing up for a re-start in late June. "Normal" is a very long road from where we are, but the journey has began.

Lovely to see Enut take this one down, & I'm sure his domestic staff will all be receiving a bit of bonus today. He had to fend off long-term Sky Poker MTT-er EASYFIX to get the win, which was no mean feat.

Hi Neil,
Yes, that's a very fair point. Online Poker's greatest enemy is fine weather, so that would not help.
Just as telling would have been the time of month - we are currently in the worst week in the monthly cycle. In the normal course of events, we can expect better figures next week.
That, coupled with the slow tapering off of demand at this point in lockdown makes it a perfect storm really.
PS - I do hope both Anne & you are well.
