Forum Comp Day 1, MONDAY. Horse Racing - & some excellent news

Somehow we've managed to keep this going every single day throughout the sports drought. It's not always been ideal for you, & it's been difficult admin-wise, but we are almost through it now.

The good news?

Well French Racing & German Football are both now back.

A week today, English Horse Racing starts.

A week later Spanish Football resumes.

A week or two later, English football starts again.

Darts & Golf won't be far behind, ditto Snooker.

So we will have better sport to get involved with, better viewing, & sport which we better understand and is more enjoyable for us all. It's been a miracle we have all hung in this far, but now it all gets better.

This week? Mostly German Football, with 2 or 3 days of Horse Racing. We have the biggest game in German Football on Tuesday too, when Bayern Munich visit Borussia Dortmund. That's the German equivalent of Liverpool v Man U.

Sadly, today we have no choice but to do USA Horse Racing. I can't think of a sport less appealing or watchable to be honest, but it's enabled us to keep going, so that's the trade off.

OK, on to today, when we return to Gulfstream Park as follows;

6.15 - 6f, 7 runners, Fast Dirt (Dirt)

6.45 - 1 mile, 16 runners, Fast

16 runners in the 6.45 suggests a bunch of non-runners, (several jockeys are double booked) sigh, but there's every chance today will be our last ever visit to stateside Horse Racing. Glory be.
