Also would like some opinions and thoughts on this tournament hand. Bubble of the megastack IIRC. Unsure if we're supposed to take the free card at this stack depth against another big stack, but I felt, at the time anyway, that a second barrell would get him off all 22-99 and Ax etc.
Nice results camel, the graphs are a great addition to a bankroll challenge. As I was saying at the tables you've improved tremendously recently. If you want to see your previous rakeback bonuses you can check your weekly email from sky or calculate how many points you earned in that week using the my account show poker points function.
Just to clarify the QT hand, I actually had AQ I was putting you on only QJ in chat - clearly proved me wrong well played.

Cheers Goat, I'll look into that rakeback stuff. Regarding Q10, AQ makes a lot more sense - thanks for the kind words!
Another fairly positive week, after coming back from a short few days break I felt much clearer and was ready to get back on the grind. Furlough is coming to a close so will have much less time to play in the coming weeks/months but am still going to try and fit in a few sessions a week. Had a draining day of tournaments yesterday, for the first few hours was constantly losing flips/60:40s in the key spots and after stone bubbling the 7:30 £22 after having a healthy stack I started to play badly and had no real luck in the other tournaments. BUT, somehow, managed to come 2nd in the mini for £180 odd. Obviously it's always a little underwhelming not clinching the trophy (especially having had the chiplead most of the final table) but after a day with £200 in buy ins, that cash really saved the day. Heads up didn't last long, but with a 2:1 chip deficit and against one of the better players on the site, I couldn't really expect much more. After reviewing the hands from the final two tables I've seen a couple spots I missed and misplayed:

Lots to say about this hand. First of all, I could honestly back any 3 options pre. Folding is always going to be alright with ICM considerations and the fact the third player was a fun player (more so than I, in any case), but villain has been very aggressive and I think KQ is ahead of his 3b range. I think shoving is also ok here, the only problem being when we get called we are often in terrible shape, praying for a flip, but we would fold out any cheeky KJs/K10s/QJs hands that 3b. Calling, I think in retrospect is the worst of the three options. I think shoving KQo and calling KQs would be the best way to go here, but very keen to hear others thoughts.
Interesting flop. One that, I think, smashes villains range more than ours as we should be shoving all our AQ/AKs but villain can have all of them. Our range is probably weighted more towards ambitious suited connectors, some Axs, so we do have some A's in our range. I'd be checking nearly 100% of my range here so checking is standard IMO. Turn doesn't change much, but after villains second check I think it's unlikely he'll have an ace as by this point you'd want to be getting value from 10x's. I throw in a small bet with the intention to empty the clip on most rivers (praying for a J). Villain calls, and at the time I had a horrible feeling i'd be jamming into the nuts so I chickened out and checked with what little showdown value K high has, I think I'd be more inclined to shove if I had QJs. Not ideal to see 77 as I think that would be a hard call for villain if i had gone for it, but at the time I didn't anticipate low pp to be in his range (assumed he may ship them in pre). Very interested and happy to hear others thoughts on this hand, I'm having a hard time navigating even after spending some thought on it.
Apart from the deep mini run, the highlight of the week was binking one of the daytime £22's for £300 odd, I love the structure of these ones but they run at awkward times of the days so can't play them all that much. Cash on the other hand was been fairly abysmal last week or so. Down around £150 for the week and flipping really badly, hate getting into Ak vs QQ flips vs regs but sometimes has to happen. Also been caught with my hand in the cookie jar a number of times so may knit up in the coming weeks...
Some graphs;
Still haven't bothered to work out rakeback so, as before, cash results are skewed by around around £100ish. As usual, more hands will be posted after this one.
Can get behind a check or bet on flop, but with such a low kicker in my head checking was fine, in hindsight for a limped pot I think it's criminal not to minbet. No idea why I shoved river, literally never, ever getting called by worse here. Pretty much instantly regretted it, but it was late and I'll chalk it down as a tired mistake.
My intention was to shove most rivers, probably couldn't against that sizing though, good thing a 7 hit. Mental fold from villain, I guess he's bluffing but interesting line nonetheless.
Smaller pot, but one of my fav bluffs of the week. We just have sooo many sets and straights on this board texture by the river IMO, I think we can even fold out a lot of 2pairs lets alone AK/AQ.
Last one from my short venture into 50NL. Pretty lost on this one, I guess theoretically we should be x/shoving turn? Do we donk bluff shove this river?? So clueless
Just use my name next time instead of changing it Loose, I don't mind.
Duly noted PKR, although, not to out you, but I don't think any of the above hands were yourself But I certainly will hunt you down next time you stream just to get a hand for the highlights

haha, you'll not see me on 50NL unless im drunk, but even then it will likely be spin tables.
A quick update as I need to get a few things down to materialise some of my thoughts of late. Not a great week, have been the king of bubbles recently, yesterday stone bubbling the sattie into the Summit, the 7:30 £22 and the £5.5 PLO to add to the bubbling x2 Mega stack and again the 7:30 earlier this week. Only obvious mistake was shoving A10s into the blinds of the Summit satellite when i was 3/12 (10 seats) and getting snapped by 33 in the bb leaving me 11/12 and slowly but surely blinded out. The others I would say are standard situations where my range is waaay too far ahead to fold even if on the bubble.
The cash grind is going dreadfully, and I'd love to say I've just been running bad and that it's just variance, but this is almost certainly not the full story. I have been running into the top of peoples ranges and have had a couple set over set situations, but otherwise this 'downswing' has been amplified by a factor of 5-10x due to poor decision making pre and postflop and paying off fun players when I am obviously behind. Need to drill into my head that 'i'm too high up in my range' is a BS excuse to call and when I'm behind, I'm simply behind so need to find a fold.
So, as a result, I will keep off the cash table grinds for the time being, most likely the next couple weeks and in the meantime do some serious studying. I've identified a number of areas that need particular work, first of all solidifying my preflop ranges including 3b defences, bet sizings, bb defences and lastly sorting out 3b ranges vs each position per my own position. Have been going full autopilot the last week and 3b'ing whenever the f**k I feel like it and flatting too much in all positions. I'm going to set weekly targets that I'll state on this blog to try and set a timeframe to achieve each of these. I have a free week starting the 18th, so in time for the promo I'd like to get a real cash grind in that week but before that I want a number of these areas considerably improved.
Tournaments are going alright, came 3rd in the minefield that is the £3.3 rebuy and 17th in the Gold rush yesterday AK vs A7 with a 7 on the river which, admittedly, nearly made me cry.

That'll be all for this week, not many hands to post but there are a couple. As usual, cash profit is inflated by rakeback, probably by around £150..
I don't even know what I'm repping here, I guess I check some sets on turn? Liked it when I did it, hate it now. Probably hard for 1010+ to call here though.

Ha, I did enjoy your descriptions of "very fun player" & "good reg".
