The Brexit party leader will no longer present his weekday evening show on the talk radio station, which has previously been investigated by the media regulator Ofcom.

Farage has been a vocal critic of the recent Black Lives Matter protests and sources at the station pointed to internal fury over his comments earlier this week comparing protestors who destroyed the statue of Edward Colston in Bristol to the “taliban”.https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/nigel-farage-to-leave-radio-station-lbc-with-immediate-effect/ar-BB15lQCS?ocid=spartan-dhp-feeds

Farage has left LBC after comparing Black Lives Matter to the Taliban
LBC presenter James O’Brien has reacted with triumph to the news of Nigel Farage’s sudden departure from the radio station.
It was announced today (11 June) that Farage would be leaving LBC with immediate effect.
In a statement, the broadcaster said: “Nigel Farage’s contract with LBC is up very shortly and, following discussions with him, Nigel is stepping down from LBC with immediate effect.
“We thank Nigel for the enormous contribution he has made to LBC and wish him well.”
After the news was announced, O’Brien tweeted: “We got our station back.”
Earlier in the week, he had posted: “Nigel Farage is a particularly pungent skidmark on the underpants of Britain. Nobody can be genuinely surprised by his latest belches of base bigotry.”
Farage’s departure follows a backlash over his comments about Black Lives Matter.
After protests erupted in the UK over the death of George Floyd in America, Farage claimed a “new form of the Taliban was born in the UK” and described Black Lives Matter as “a far-left Marxist organisation that wants to abolish the police and dismantle capitalism”.

The paper says Mr Farage has confirmed he is preparing a relaunch and "watching and waiting" because he believes that Boris Johnson and the Conservatives are losing control of the country, and could go soft on Brexit.
Sources described as close to the leadership are also quoted, suggesting "phones have been buzzing, donations pouring in." The unnamed individual adds "we're praying for a by-election in a Tory seat, and currently deciding on who would stand".
