Not sure if bringing football back like this risks people realising just how unimportant and irrelevant it is. How many people will reconsider paying the exorbitant price for Sky or BT subscriptions in the future? Not sure that these games have been worth the money taken from my bank account.

There must be every chance that the entire football economy will collapse, & if that means the end of the ridiculous salaries & transfer fees it won't be all bad. The current salary & transfer fee spiral is crazy & unsustainable.

I think League one and Two are in big trouble. The Championship, If it knows what is good for it, should be looking at major changes in its financial management. All these games the premiership teams are playing now are just so teams do not have to repay money to TV. I do not think it has been done for the good of the game, or for that matter, the country.

Shhhhh, I know this is on BBC , but I am seriously thinking of getting shot of Sky.

Poor show so far, very dull. To be fair, Carrow Road without fans will always struggle to excite.
HT; Norwich 0 Man U 0
Norwich had the better chances, United were awful, but on the whole, it was memorably unmemoryable.

Off we go again.
50th minute; Norwich 0 Man United 1
Ighalo, surely the season's most unlikely signing, puts United one up.75th minute; Norwich 1 Man U 1
The supremely talented Todd Cantwell fires home a beauty & it's all square.A reminder that we do NOT include extra time or penalties, we take the 90 minute score.
RESULT; Norwich City 1 Manchester United 1
