Issues with sky client and website

Hope someone would be able to help with this one as it's getting quite grating now.

I have installed Sky client and Adobe Air. When attempting to install Adobe Flash application initializing error or something to that effect pops up.

When using the web version the software kicks my account out maybe every two minutes.

Getting problems like communication error on tables, tables not loading, sitting out automatically when at the table etc.

Been doing what I can to grind for the past 2 weeks and it's reached that point.

So far I have tried:-

4 different browsers namely Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera
Cleared cache and history in each
Attempted running the Adobe Flash several times and had a look for an earlier version of the software.
Wiped laptop through the Windows wizard
Reset laptop through windows wizard

I have a HP 14-an009na laptop running Windows 10 and using Avira anti-virus software if that info is any use.

Thanks in advance if anyone can provide some pointers.

To add I have updated the BIOS too.

Sorted.

Cookies issue it seemed. Using Chrome and working a lot better now.
