Hakim Sillah, 18, pictured, was stabbed twice with a ten-inch blade while attending a knife awareness course in West London in November 2019, Isleworth Crown Court was told.

    Too soft on knife carrying people,carry a knife get 5 year imprisonment minimum but the carriers know that won't happen,so the circle goes round & round & round.

    The headline punishment rarely seems to fit the crime these days, let alone the net punishment after it has been discounted.
