Think I mentioned this one years ago but lets try again in the style of Tim Robbins in Shawshank Redemption requesting books for the prison library...
The best promo I have ever been involved in for encouraging community interaction was 'The Lab Rats'. Seen as there is a brilliant community on here I personally feel it would go down a treat on Sky Poker.
Around 7 players were selected to participate and each was given £100 and a specified period to make as much wonga as they could. There were forum updates, blog posts and a prize for the eventual winner. Players could play anything they wanted and got to keep whatever they won although only the player with the highest amount won the 'special prize'.
The specified period could be a week or a month or whatever.
If successful then it could be ongoing with a new raft of cohorts so that loads of the community got a shot at it.

But how do you pick the captains?
What would incentivise someone to want to be one?
To get the better regs involved there would need to be a decent prize on offer to offset the distraction otherwise they may see it as -EV?
Recs would love a free £100 but will they play enough/win enough to make for an interesting rail?
@Phantom66 - "team of one the "captains" and all benefit if their team captain wins?"
Both hinting at the same idea which could be really good.
Could have people choose which team captain they want. Maybe the winning team get entry to a special freeroll or something similar?
It was a lot of fun in the past. One time it ran there were a few with similar high amounts on the last day including one rec who usually played micro cash stakes who was suddenly balling it up on the high stakes tables trying to take it down (he didn't he lost about $2k at $20 NL). The main prize the last time was around $1500 + your winnings and there were plenty decent players wanting to take part.
Each of the players were given an account that they couldn't deposit/withdraw from until the promo was done (LabRat1; LabRat2 etc).
literally so many options, would love a MTT only one although a combined any game version would be really fun to.
