I have not been as active on the forums in recent weeks, but I have still been lurking regularly, but I would still like to offer my tuppence worth on this topic, if the suits are going to look over for feedback.
When I look at the Sky MTT schedule, which is mostly from 6pm onwards, I personally do not see much variety if I am being honest. You just need to click on the micro tab to see what I mean. There is only 2 or 3 tourneys for the whole night that costs £1 or less (for NL Holdem at least). I know some players think those buyins are pointless, but it's not so great for players with smaller bankrolls [I would imagine the majority of players on Sky fall into this category], players who wish to stick to strict BR management rules or players who make a small or minimal deposit, giving them limited choice of what they can play, reducing their overall time on the site.
Another quick observation is often there are tournaments less than an hour apart which are almost identical.
In my opinion striking a good balance between varying all the buyins [£0.50-£11] and tournament types [bounty hunters, rebuys, timed, deep stacks, turbos, freezeouts, hyper-turbos (is there a reason there are no hyper turbo MTTs on Sky?)] every hour or two, will help keep the players playing longer, and also make the players return to play again, knowing they won't need to wait long for a suitable tournament they'd like to play. I can imagine there is nothing more frustrating than a casual player who is not familiar with the Sky Tournament schedule logging on to play some MTTs to find there is limited choice or having to wait a while for a suitable tournament to start.
Regarding the Guarantees debate, I am one for avoiding removing a tournament completely. I feel reducing the guarantee or even running tournaments without a guarantee (even on a trial basis with different parameters to gauge numbers). It's better to have something to play than nothing at all. Even if the numbers are small, if they have no guarantees, it really doesn't matter, it would at least keep players on the site playing. If they are knocked out one tournament, there is always another one they could join. Keep most of the guarantees for the bigger flagship events. That will also make them sound far more special enticing more players to try their luck for a bigger score.
Personally, having guarantees less than £500 really has no baring whatsoever on my decision to play it or not. When the prizepool will be fairly low like that (in comparison to the bigger sites at least), it's most likely that the main deciding factors if I should play it or not are; buyin and tournament type. The only possible reason a Guarantee like that would have any influence personally on me to decide to play it would be if I knew there would be a chance of a decent overlay.
One last point. Satellites. If Sky's flagship, main event tournaments are starting to struggle for numbers perhaps one reason may be that the Satellite tournaments for these games are almost hidden on their own tab. Unless a player is specifically looking, they won't know they exist. Although I am one to rarely play a satellite, I would say having them show up when on the "All" tab (even colour code them similar to the popular golden tournaments) would help somewhat with increasing numbers to the main, higher buyin tournaments.
With all that being said, I still really enjoy playing MTTs on Sky.
bin 5pm 22, bring back 11r 5pm, change 6pm 22 to one 1re entry
@Arrogant, You want to bin the best comp with the most value and add a re-entry to the more reg heavy comp......? Would love to hear the thought process.
At risk of sounding like a broken record @Tikay10 but I do agree with the others in regards to the guarantee. I'm confident the tournaments will get played even with a very low guarantee if need be. Saw the 5pm 11 was re-added so thank you for that
Moving the 5pm £22 to 6pm will make it even more value as there will be more players online at that time and having the 11r run by itself at 5pm will give it no competition so will prob get 1k prizepool easy. By having 22 and 11 at 5pm makes no sense and was probably the worst of all options.

Morning guys.
The £22BH's at 3pm & 5pm are back on the schedule today.
