Policewoman, 28, claims she was 'brainwashed' into performing sex acts on married foot fetish sergeant, 40, while on duty and was 'flattered' by his attention as a new constable

Jemma Di cks, pictured left and top inset, and Adam Reed, pictured right and bottom inset, were said to have conducted a 'clumsy and awkward affair' which led to her performing oral sex on her superior on at least three occasions at Cardiff Central police station. Both now face a disciplinary hearing with top brass from the South Wales force for 'discreditable conduct' for their sex games at headquarters. PC Dicks argued that her breaches of professional behaviour only amounted to misconduct - and were not gross for a sacking offence. The disciplinary hearing by South Wales Police being held in Pencoed, near Bridgend, continues.

Policewoman, 28, is allowed to keep her job after she performed sex acts on married foot fetish sergeant, 40, at their station 'on multiple occasions' during ten-month fling

A female police officer has today been told she can keep her job after admitting performing a sex act on a married sergeant in a busy police station. PC Jemma Dicks (pictured left), 28, performed the sex act on Sergeant Adam Reed (pictured right), 40, at Cardiff Central Police Station (pictured inset) during a 10 month fling. But despite being found guilty of gross misconduct, PC Dicks, of South Wales Police Force, was allowed to keep her job with a final written warning. A misconduct hearing was told that PC Dicks, who broke into tears when she heard the ruling, had not sought to cover up the episodes and had expressed 'genuine remorse'. The hearing also heard that 'predatory' Reed would have been dismissed without notice from South Wales Police for 'orchestrating' the encounters, if he had not already quit after allegations were made against him. His name was placed on a barring list, banning him from working in policing.
