Ye considering Man City struggled against Lyon both times earlier in the season those odds were well off. They were 17.0 on the exchange. Easy to say on reflection, as I still thought City would win.

Possibilities of an all bundesliga final, and even the possibility of an all Ligue 1 final!

Thought Lyon were very underrated by the media outlets and the pundits. They had Moussa Dembélé on the bench and he is a handy striker. The left back for Lyon was excellent and looks a player, great finish for the 1st goal. Lyons game plan looked correct.

With Lyon getting through the previous round vs Juventus the lack of talk and concern about them was quite strange. They are a good team and showed that last night.

The possession football does not seem to be working at this level like it did a few years back either.

Talk of Pep overthinking and giving too much respect. Not playing his best players. Will he have another crack at it? Not sure. 4 years and nothing past the quarters (I think) is not good enough for a squad and manager like that. Maybe one more year?
