A very good afternoon.
The least said about last night, the better. The Mini & Sheriff both covered, but that's it. The SPT Online satellites got off to a solid start too.
Sport will be a little quieter for a few days. The Test has ended - the one that barely started - so has the Snooker, & all our Clubs in the Champions League & Europa League got a good hiding. It's the Ebor meeting at York starting on Wednesday, but horse racing is largely an afternoon thing, so does not affect poker.
The weather has cooled down somewhat too, so that's another plus for poker.

£1,000 Bounty Hunter (£1,000)
The winner does very well at nosebleed Six Max Speed SNG's but seems equally at ease in MTT's, & this was his 3rd cash in consecutive nights following 2nd in Turbo & 4th in Quickdraw.
Tough FT, with Crushy in 2nd, BlairReid 5th & Ryan 6th.

Arrogant took the Min, ahead of NUTSNBOLTS who came undone in 2nd.
TommyD was 4h, celebrating (?) the fact that Spurs have signed Joe Hart. It's hard to recall that only a few years ago Joe Hart was no 1 England 'keeper. Or that Pickford is arguably worse than him. And Joe Hart's role at 'Spurs? He's going to compete for the reserve keeper spot.

I'm afraid I don't know too much about any of these, though I did note that axle rose to 6th place, before succumbing to his appetite for destruction.
Before we move on, I was unable to comment on Sunday's Results Thread, as I was a little busy, so I missed the chance to big up @phil12uk who was 5th in the Mini Major. He's a great guy, been here forever - or it feels like it - & his Daughter, who used to come along to SPT's, is a thoroughly lovely young lady. Good to see you can still hack it on the tables Phil.

In 4th was darsh11, who started the "Death of SNG's" thread a few days ago. Quite an interesting thread actually, especially the way it turned towards the end.

Long Live Sky MTT.
@darsh11
It's often the case. Some days we play out of our skin & we get busted early doors, other days the chips just somehow fall our way even when we get in in bad.
Anyone who I haven't met before, Jodey is actually my wife and not my daughter.
I'm aiming to get back into the DYMs and MTTs on a more regular basis - been on and off the tables for so long now so a deep run was nice to have! Hope you're well Tikay?
@phil12uk
Great to hear from you Phil, & yeah, I'm fine ta, & I hope Jodey is too.
@phil12uk
Oh, & I hope you are ok, too...
