is there anyone who knows in a 5 furlong race time against distance rather than distance vs weight (example what does 3 seconds equate to in distance

In a 5f race on Turf, assuming Good going, it's about 5.5 lengths per second, so 3 seconds would be ~ 16.5 lengths.
On AW it's about 6 seconds per length in a 5f race on Standard going.
Faster ground, increase those numbers by about 10%, slower ground decrease by 20%.
