Good morning.
I was really chuffed that yesterday's report managed to get contributions from 2 players who rarely if ever post,
@Super_Oli &
@Shrimpy28 . It's no big deal really, but if we are to keep this Forum when the poker site moves into it's exciting new phase quite soon then we need to keep it lively & attract new contributors.
In sport, it was a terrific day in the Test for England, both at the crease & in the field, as poor old Pakistan got a hammering. In the Women's Open it was another terrific day at Royal Troon, & in Barry & Eddie Hearn's back garden Dyllian Whyte was cruising to an easy win when his lights went out without warning. Tonight sees the Champions League Final between Bayern Munich & PSG. I'm not sure I cba to watch a game between a French & a German team tbh.
Back at Sky Poker, the wonderful numbers seen on Friday disappeared as quickly as they had fleetingly arrived, with 4 of the headline MTT's missing & over £1,100 of overlay flushed down the toilet. Fortunately, the Main & Mini both did very well, especially the Main. Be interesting to see if tonight's Champions League affair affects traffic, especially as tonight sees an £8,000 BH as well as the £15,000 Major.
Enjoy your Sunday.

gac123 has always been steadily profitable, but after wining the Mini on the last day of July for over £900, he's been on a bit of a downswing. Winning last night's £1,000 BH won't put him completely back on track, but you know how it is with poker, wins - & losses - tend to go in streaks, & I fully expect him to rack up a series of FT's now. And if that does not bok him, nothing will.
Our old friend cheezy was 2nd, my my his game has come on leaps & bounds. He gained entry via a £1.20 satellite too, so it's all gravy.
The anjie1970 revival continued, 5th, whilst would-be Podcast star The Bates was 6th. I mentioned yesterday that a podcast was a bit like a wireless programme, however, extensive overnight research suggests that it includes moving pictures. A bit like TV I suppose.

lerky is not a familiar name to many, but he has over 11,000 games here on his CV. What a week he has had too, how about this for a hot streak;
Wednesday's Predator Main - 5th for £450
Thursday's Hitman Main - 2nd for £920
Saturday's Sharpy Main - 1st for £1,775
Great work Mr Lerky, & good luck tonight.
MZS bubbled the FT of the Mini a few nights earlier, was 2nd in last night's Main, & finalled Mid Ex later in the evening.
In 3rd, Mody claimed 17 scalps, a tidy amount for a 250 runner affair, with DivsDreams 4th & Morris707 5th.

A big field for the Mini, 571 entries, & it went to dannico for what I suspect was his best ever result.
3rd was DYMer gregkdy82. I happened to be watching a £33 DYM later in the evening (don't ask) & saw him run Kings into Aces on the very first orbit which was a bit brutal.

£1,500 Mega Stack B/Hunter (£1,500)
BrayCorp83 must run especially good on Saturday's, a fortnight back he ran 4th in Sharpy Main for £400, & he took last night's Mega for another £480. He certainly puts some graft in, yesterday alone he played almost 100 MTTs, Satellites & DYM's & that's a fairly routine day for him. As I write this mid-morning, he's already played two dozen today, so another heavy day looks likely. All of which helps explain why he is doing so well in the Premier League thingie.@BrayCorp83 590000 1 £336.70 + £147 Head Prizes 8

£2,500 Sheriff Bounty Hunter (£2,500)
Sheriff went the way of ApolloCree. He's run deep in the last two Sunday Majors, 11th & 15th, so be interesting to see if he can do it again tonight. He's fairly low volume, just a dozen or so MTT's this month but plays a lot of cash which I suspect is his main format.
Strong FT this, with The Bates 2nd, Sharkio 3rd Mean Machine 4th, Solly 5th & snoxx 6th.
On the Forum yesterday, someone asked The Bates the secrets to his success, & he replied;
Bet because you have it and think you will get called.
Bet because you think you will get called, you don't have it but will get there.
Bet because you think they will fold and you don't have it and wont get there.
Note the common theme in each case - BET. Meanwhile, poor old MisterPJ - & I really do wish we could help him, but it's not for want of trying - keeps limping in with stuff like 7-2 & 10 -6 then wonders why he keeps losing. Stop limping Paul, & you'll be amazed at the difference. Go on, try it bud.

Louis12 is a bit of a dark horse, so far this month he has finished 1st & 3rd in Hitman & Gold Rush Mains, & last night (this morning...) he added Mid Ex.In 4th was MXS, who was 2nd in the Main a few hours earlier.
6th was Tim Tim Timmy. I wanted to chat to loololollo last night so found him on a table & wrote "Hi Lord Crush", & Timmy insta replied "Hi mate, good to hear from you". Magic.

Sorry for the cliche, but here's The Eagles with a timeless classic. Gotta love that brick wall whistle Joe Walsh is wearing. I want to be Joe Walsh when I grow up.

Ha, you can certainly annoy them mate.
How you keeping, all OK?
Grandad Cheezy, who'd have thought?
(I had AJs BTW snox)
Sadly, I won't be as active next week, I'll be leaving Cornwall to go 'up North' (which to us Cornish means Devon upwards) off on a long weekend (Bath, Bristol and Legoland, Windsor too) so may only see a couple of nights play at best. Best of luck to all in my absence.
@BrayCorp83
First time I've heard Bath, Bristol & Windsor described as "up north".
Enjoy your holiday.
