There are two very good boxing documentaries on this week for those who like boxing. The first one is Jack Johnson:Unforgivable Blackness.It's a two part documentary that starts Thursday 8:30pm on PBS Channel Sky channel 174.The second one is Pariah:The Lives And Death of Sonny Liston.This starts Friday 9:00pm on Sky Documentaries channel 114.Both are worth watching even if you're not in to boxing that much but to see what they both went through in their quest to become the heavyweight champions of the world.

    @lucy4

    I'll certainly watch the Sonny Liston one, good shout, thank you.

    Have to say, I'm loving the Sky Documentary Channel, so many excellent shows, it's filling my Sky Box, and I'm up half the night tying to watch them all. In the last few days alone, I've watched ones on Ray Cohn, Roger Ailes & Warren Buffett. Superb TV.

    Jack Johnson was a hero to Muhammad Ali. A firebrand and used his suppression to say F you all. Good for him.

    Sonny Liston was tied up with the Mafia I hear. Sure they will be interesting documentaries.
