West Ham & Moyes both in trouble?

Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 169,669

A close friend of mine is one of the best pro punters I've ever known. Other than writing a book about horse racing, & being a Racing Post columnist for many years, including "Spotlight", he's never done a day's work in his life, & just lives off sports betting. He swans around in a Mustang & goes to Vegas 4 times a year to play poker. He plays a bit of poker on Sky Poker now & then too.

He tweeted this 20 minutes ago;

    West Ham have been a shower of sh it since moving, to be honest they wern't much better at Upton Park,4/1 is massive to go down the fans can't stand the owners and now i'm hearing the players feel the same it could be a long hard season for us bubble blowers.
    As for the manager no one wanted him first time up if we continue like last night he'll be gone by middle of O

    Charlton 7/1 to beat us tonight massive price,moyles will not play first team which is bad at best,Charlton will be up for this big time and yes 2 leagues between teams but they were very unlucky to go down last season and West Ham have been flirting with the drop for the last 4 seasons.

    Charlton are 11/1 on the exchange. I think West Ham will win this tho. Their first team need game time and match sharpness, so I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of them play. Moyes being the favourite to be first manager sacked by far means he needs wins wherever he can get that atm.

    Have you not watched "lead with the elbow" Andy Carroll?

    Surely no player has been worse value to his various clubs?

    to be fair to Carrol at least he (when fit not often enough obv)put the effort in on the pitch,didn't get much stick from any hammers i no unlike Wilshire Anderson Lanzini to name just 3 of this current underperforming buch of clowns.

    Mourinho is now 2nd fav to be sacked.

    Some random Tottenham documentary snippets have been popping up on my Youtube and I ended up watching 3 or 4. He seems like he's lost his mind a bit. I think delusions of grandeur from what he did 10-15 years ago really had an effect on him, or something had an effect on him anyway. He relentlessly talks nonsense, or metaphors, or just comes across as having absolutely no charisma whatsoever. He's really lost his mojo.

    I don't think he's going to last long....

    At this point you'd have to say Moyes might be one of the least favourite to be sacked! Scotty Parker has to be the one to go first and I'm kicking myself for not seeing it sooner. You can still get 3.5 on him to go first. Seems massive value to me. When you look down the list it's hard to spot anyone else who could be sacked really, apart from Parker.

    Changed my stance on Mourinho a bit now as well since they signed Bale. Bale is going to improve things no doubt about it.

    moyes won't be sacked unless he starts turning up to the games again
