Doesn't seem terrible by either presuming both are winning, graft should be 3.5/4xing like 40% from the bb to the complete, t8o is pretty on the border of raising and checking in bb. Sb can in theory call everything although k3o plays pretty bad. Sizing on flop I think is good to use with all pocket pairs, value hands qx 5x and worst bluffs again T8o is maybe a little strong to bluff flop, but it's close either way. A lot of Ax and Kx in the bb will check back flop to avoid overbluffing and keep in dominated hands, this leaves K3o as a pretty good bluff catcher as it beats a decent bluffing range almost all the time. Easy spot for BB to overbluff once they raise so many hands pre and it's only Qx say 88+ and sets that are being triple barrelled for value.
