Official capacity ? probably not , he used to dabble in cage fighting , dont knowif he still does, so can see him doing something like that

Last time I saw Phil was when I told security at DTD to throw him out & stick him in a taxi after he had a few too many beers & was a little too loud!

oh got it wrong way round thrown out rather than throwing out, that doesnt surprise me either @MattBates
