The mother-of-six said one of her daughters, 6, was sitting beside her at the time and saw the offensive word. New Look claims the offensive word 'did not originate from their customer care team' and is generated using the customer's WhatsApp profile name. However, Yvonne's WhatsApp profile uses her given name and there's no evidence she's been hacked or it's been changed as a joke.
