    Have you sent the message correctly? Well the best way - & it's private - is to use the PM service. Look top right of the Forum, to the immediate right of your Avatar, & there is an envelope icon - click that & hey presto you are in the Private Message service. The method you used works, but unless you had mentioned it on here I'd never have seen it as it's really a defunct system.

    As to your request, I'll speak to the Office today & see if they are able to accommodate your request. I hope they are but I can't guarantee it.

    I'll let you know how I get on as soon as they respond.
