Despite the disappointments since Wonderful Tonight won on Champions day.
David Menuisier's season has been out of this world this season.
Aptly named Galactic Glow could be the horse to put smiles back on our faces in the 1.30 Newmarket tomorrow.
Sameer runs in the 4.20 at Redcar Tuesday. Although he finished 13th out of 15 on his last outing at Longchamp.
It is worth putting a line through that form.
It was his first run back after a break, the ground was atrocious, and up until the point Soumillion realised the horse was not going to make up ground on the leaders, he was running well within himself.
A much better performance on Tuesday should be expected.
Pivotal time has a couple of entries next week. This well bred 2 y o has got soft ground relatives in his pedigree but to win first time out, would be a massive ask.
Could it be Xmas all over again on Friday 6th at Chantilly? Winter Reprise could make it a Winter Wonderland in the Grand Prix du Nord over 1m 2f if he runs the way he did last time they could be renaming the race to the Grand Prix du Nord Pole so long as his Elf stays sound!
