I can't seem to open any NL4 cash tables, it's like I've been blocked. I can open NL10 + & can play MTTs
I've tried on 2 different devices & on app and web browser version
I've spoke with technical support twice, who IMO Were very dismissive of me!
I've already deleted cookies and caches, as advised & I've tried playing in incognito mode, to know avail

That's a very odd one.
I've just had a look & there are 4 or 5 NL4 cash tables running, each with 5 or 6 players, so there's not a system failure as such.
Not sure what to advise, it's such a strange one. Think I'd log off, TIOATIBOA & see if that solves it.

TIOATIBOA = Turn it off and turn it back on again.
Just close everything down, leave it a few minutes then try again.

Hope it resolves itself, whatever the problem is. I know it does not help you, but there's been no other complaints about this as far as I can see, & there are plenty of players currently seated at a number of NL4 tables.
I will mess around with the laptop again tonight & see what happens 🤞

Sorry to hear that.
There's not a system error as far as I can see as there are 3 or 4 5/10p cash tables running & all full.
Not sure what to suggest other than logging out, turning everything off, shutting down your device then re-opening everything.
It cleared for the other chap but I'm not sure what exactly caused or resolved it.

Perhaps @agent-47 can assist us, he had the same problem but somehow resolved it.
