Fairly solid numbers again last night, following the pattern of the first 9 days, with prize pools coming in 56% above guarantees. That's slightly above the 10 day average. At £27,000, the overall Guarantees were relatively modest. Tonight could not be more different, where Guarantees are more than treble last night's £27,000 at a rather scary £89,000. That includes a £25,000 HR & a £40,000 Main. Eek.

UKOPS 52 £2,000 PLO (£3,040)
I could play or watch PLO & PLO8 24/7, & like Wednesday's PLO8 this was a belter.
Collin11 & Mean Machine contested the lead from a long way out, both took hits in the Final before a final surge saw collin take the virtual trophy.
2nd was IMAFISH & 4th MRBLEWPIE, with Burger306 the meat in the sandwich. Burger won a Whopper in April, taking a High Roller for £9,500 & had had 4 or 5 wins in the last week or so.
As ever, MRBLEWPIE is a real force in these & he made gradual progress as it wore on, but the wheels came off a bit in the Final. Where did we go wrong?

UKOPS 53 £10,000 Bounty Hunter (£15,300)
And here it is, the old 1-2 - collin11 won the opener, & followed up by winning the Main. Scenes. He was 6th in Friday's UKOPS Main Event too. Winning back to back UKOPS events is really quite something. I wonder if he is a member of the dictionary family?
We don't often see runner-up eddiesun26 in Main Events, though he has some black type in his pedigree, with a minor placing in the Mini UKOPS back in May. Yesterday he won his seat in a mid-afternoon £7.20 satellite & a few hours later he had £1,240 safely tucked in his back pocket.
bbMike fell one spot shy of the Final.

In 2nd was Swimmr who is making waves right now. He won (non UKOPS) Sheriff on Thursday, UKOPS 49 on Friday, & 2nd here.
3rd was MARK277 who started the series off last week with a win in UKOPS 01.
Sharki0, who began the evening sitting joint 2nd in the UKOPS Leaderboard, did his prospects no harm with 4th here.
