Morning.
First up, thank you to everyone who wrote pleasant comments on Monday's thread, it's appreciated. As The Bates pointed out the threads don't really encourage interaction, they are more of a read only thing, so I'm cool with limited feedback, but I can't deny it's nice when it happens.
Last night felt rather flat to me. On Sunday night the featured prizepools amounted to £89,000. Last night? Around £18,500. Quite a difference in just 24 hours.
Having said that, traffic was decent, all things considered. Quickdraw missed by exactly one entry, but I think Sky Poker will get over that.
A useful barometer of traffic levels is the Rewards Freeroll. During the boomlet, entries rocketed to almost 2,000. A few weeks ago, they were in the mid 700's. Last night? 1,015. Make what you will of that.
OK, on we go.
£1,000 BH £1,480
£6,000 Marksman Main £7,770

£1,000 Bounty Hunter (£1,340)
wothef picks up a few nice cashes, 3rd in Sharpshooter Main for £600 during the boomlet comes to mind, so winning last night's £1k BH was no realm surprise.
3rd was StayOrGo & 4th Tina, aka karlluke, both of whom attended many SPT's. It's slowly dawning on me that I may never be able to play Live poker again, which is a bit depressing. Fingers crossed the new vaccine does the job, though it will take a while I fancy. The thought of meeting up again at SPT's & the like would be so so good. What a time we'd have, eh?

MZS won last night's Main for £1,255, almost exactly a year since his best ever score, when he won UKOPS 47 last November for £2,350. If only he could have won a Main last week.
In 2nd was glencoelad, collecting £800. This was so nearly a terrific win double, as he won this very event back in June for £1,950. I follow George on Twitter, though I'm more of a lurker than a Tweeter. What a weird place Twitter is, part awful, part wonderful. If there was a way to remove all the hate from it then it would be the greatest.

£1,500 Mini Marksman (£2,085)
smithy760 took the Mini. A quick scan of the Forum search function tells me that all the way back in 2014 he was in one of the teams which were so popular at the time, "Team Dragon". Those Teams were hugely popular for a while, but ultimately a few people took it all a bit too seriously & it all ended in tears & acrimony. Shame really.

£1,000 Mega Stack B/Hunter (£1,340)
Mega went the way of BING for what I suspect was a PB.
Down in 6th was MattBates, who seemed very much out of form during UKOPS, but will likely bounce back this week.

£2,000 Sheriff Bounty Hunter (£2,150)
Sheriff went to The Bates. So it's confirmed, he has win lag, he should have been winning comps last week, during UKOPS but he appears to have hit form a week too late. Not sure what his win/loss was during UKOPS, but I noticed he sensibly swerved the high rollers which are super high-variance. Whenever some buffoon comes on the Forum & talks about so-called "favoured players" his name comes up, which is perfectly ridic really. Bet he goes on a win-fest now.
