why did you still start the 6pm B/H nearly 45 mins late after your site went down with tech problems when it should have restarted at a later time when your site was up and running again bearing in mind people paid for 2000 chips NOT 1500 this needs looking into.

    Customer Care, understandably, are extremely busy this evening, & I doubt they have been briefed by the Poker Team yet.

    Please speak to them on Thursday morning, & if appropriate, they will deal with the matter.
