regarding yesterdays 6pm B/H you were receiving tech difficulties but still decided to go ahead with the tourney after is was resolved leaving most players including myself with 500 chips less than we had paid for is this allowed and why did it go ahead without any compensation to the players involved.

I can only give you the same advice I gave you yesterday - if you were affected, please speak to Customer Care. Approach them tactfully & politely & I'm sure they will be understanding.
I'm not sure Sky Poker "decided to go ahead" with that MTT despite the difficulties. The site - & ALL SB&G Products - were down & could not be accessed by players or staff alike.
