This looks a really tough one to call with confidence.
The Premier League has a very odd look to the top four, with Leicester a point better off than Liverpool. Leicester Manager Rodgers has of course managed both clubs.
Liverpool are ravaged by key injuries & COVID isolators, so they are far from full strength. Not sure I could back them here at odds on.

It's so good that we can still watch football on TV, but an empty Anfield is just not the same as the real thing.
