Heads up lobbys are having some technical issues with games not opening and showing who is registered (0/2 in lobby when it has 1/2), just played a few games and either me or the person i was playing were away for the first few hands.

OK guys, I'll pass that on.
The information has now been passed to the Service Desk who will delegate it to the correct techie sorts.
If I receive updates from them I'll certainly pass them on to you via this thread.
The problem has now been passed to a technical team who have acknowledged the issues & are now working on a resolution.
When I hear further, I'll let you know via this thread.

Are you all being very patient, or have the problems cleared?
The issue has been identified & they are working through the resolution, but it won't necessarily mean that the whole issue will go away at once, it's more likely to gradually recover.
My understanding is that they have largely resolved the problem but still have further work to do before it's back to "normal".
I'm now being told the problem may well have been sorted at or around 18.41.
I'm being told that the incident has now been resolved.
Hopefully that's it, sorted, but if the problem persists for any of you, please let us know via this thread.
