"Communication error"

Does anybody else get the error message when loading tables saying communication error? and more importantly how do I resolve it? Trying to play cash tables and it will only let me open 2 or 3. It seems to always be the same table names that have the error each day...

Hi Tikay and Alan, good to see you both, hope you're doing well!
I did see on another thread where Bustout44 was having the same problem but nobody seemed to have an answer there either.
It's odd as others are clearly OK loading tables.. quite frustrating.

Morning all, I've been having the same problems with the cash tables showing a communication error for the past couple of weeks, and its always the same tables?

Try clearing browser data.

I'm assuming chrome.

I believe 'communication error' is something to do with accent.

Could this be sent upstairs please as it’s still happening. It’s on 10nl cash games for me (I’ve not tried any other games). There can be around 10 tables playing but the most I’ve been able to join is 4. Obviously it’s quite frustrating.

I play on the client but also tried on browser just to check but the same thing happened.

Just to add to this - I played a bunch of tourneys last night for a change and didn't get this issue. Next time I play I'll try loading some different cash tables to check other stakes.

Yes, worth a try Charles.

It IS a problem that affects a small number of players intermittently, but it's an outlier & certainly not what I would call a widespread issue.

Hi Tikay. Still getting the same issue and hasn't stopped so it seems it's not intermittent for me. Really frustrating as I'm trying to work my way up from the bottom but heavily restricted as to what I can play. Take now for instance there are 14 tables available 4nl - 10nl I can only open 3. I'm having to resort to opening new tables and playing short handed which isn't ideal.

Turns out that was blind luck, I couldn't open any more after that..
