Morning.
What a day of sport we were treated to yesterday. In the F1 GP we saw one of the most exciting races in memory - though that's not saying much these days - then we were treated to a fabulous Snooker final between Trump & Robertson which went on way past midnight. First to 10, it was nip & tuck all evening & inevitably with the scores at 9-9 we witnessed a terrific tactical frame before Robertson prevailed. With £200,000 to the winner & £80,000 to 2nd they were effectively playing for £120,000. Makes the fiver best of three I used to play look a little tame.
Meanwhile, here on Sky Poker it was an OK night with everything covering, although numbers were mostly down w-o-w, with the exception of small increases in Sheriff, Turbo & Mid Ex.

wineli made the final of this just over a month ago but on that occasion soon departed in 6th. No such problems last night as he booked the win ahead of the mysterious Enigma.

£15,000 Sunday Major (£17,400)
Exactly one week ago I wrote;
"daleboss is making a habit of just missing out in big MTT's. He has twice been 2nd in the Sunday Major this year, in May he ran 2nd to HAYSIE & last night it was IamAll_En. He's also been 2nd & 4th in two UKOPS High Rollers this year, & 3rd in Summit."
Well he put that right last night & took the Major down for £4,785. From a very small sample size he's won a good few bob on Sky Poker this year.
Mickey83 who was 2nd in an Easter UKOPS Main for £5,100, was 2nd here too, for £2,784 this time, so he's doing OK too.
There was an astonishing result for K4. He's taken 7 years to play 800 MTT's & his biggest previous cash was £168 - but last night he picked up £1,583 for 3rd. His only MTT on Saturday was a £2.20 entry Deep Stack, & his only MTT last night was a £110 Major. I'm sure Team Big Boy were thrilled for him. Ish.

AVFC1982, 2nd in Reload earlier in the week, took the Mini Major.
2nd was Andy-M who enjoyed a deep run in Friday's Avenger Main.
Melty followed up his 5th in the £6,000 BH with 3rd here. He also won a £11 entry £750 BH that kicked off at 8.15pm for £161 & later in the evening ran 2nd in Reload for £190. Standard session for Melty I guess.
